Mirage 40
The Mirage 40 was built with comfort in mind - with all the room and amenities you need for having a good time. For entertainment there is Sirius radio, CD/DVD player, fire place and a TV. A comfortable sofa and dinette each fold down into a bed. To satisfy your appetite, the functional galley comes fully equipped with range, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. The two staterooms offer you double size beds, the penthouse a double sized bed and an efficient three piece bathroom. When you step out onto the back decks you'll find an outdoor shower, and on the front deck a propane BBQ. On the upper deck a hot tub, stereo, waterslide and fly bridge. Sleeps 10.
Mirage 54
Memories of a lifetime start here. Finished inside in cherry oak or maple this 54 foot houseboat has been designed for smaller groups but with all the larger Mirage class luxuries. Sirius radio, stereo with CD player, fireplace, TV/DVD, and a comfortable hide-a-bed. A functional galley comes tufty equipped with stove, refrigerator, substantial storage space and microwave. Enjoy your meals seated at the comfortable table and chairs. The three staterooms offer you double size beds, the penthouse with double sized beds and a cuddy room with a double size bed. A three piece bathroom is located on the main floor. On the decks an outdoor shower and outdoor propane BBQ. On the upper deck, a hot tub, stereo, waterslide and fly bridge await you. Sleeps 14.
Mirage 65
The Mirage 65 is your personal floating resort, roomy and filled with luxuries. Direct/Indirect lighting, fireplace, Sirius radio, CD player TV/DVD player and satellite. A galley fully equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, substantial storage space and front deck BBQ. The comfortable sofa and dinette convert down into beds. Four staterooms with double size beds, three cuddy rooms and two penthouse rooms with double size beds. Two bathrooms with vanity, toilet and shower. On the back deck an outdoor shower and a dryer (inside on some models). Take the stairs to the upper deck and enjoy the fly bridge, stereo, hot tub, bimini and waterslide. Sleeps 22.
Mirage 65U
What does it take to improve the Mirage 65? You add a walk-in penthouse with two staterooms each with a queen size bed, vanity and toilet. Step out of the penthouse onto the upper deck and enjoy the hot tub, wet bar, stereo, waterslide and fly bridge. The back deck has a swim grid and outdoor shower. Inside, a fully equipped galley with range, refrigerator, microwave, storage and outdoor propane BBQ, a fireplace, Sirius radio, CD player, TV/DVD player and satellite dish to entertain you. At the end of the day retire to the six comfortable staterooms with double size beds, three cuddy rooms with double size beds, the sofa and dinette make down to double Size beds. Two bathrooms with vanity, shower and toilet. Sleeps 22.
Mirage 66
The Mirage 66 is your moveable vacation headquarters. This triple deck houseboat is built to accommodate large groups, but with space and luxury. Colour coordinated fabrics, fireplace, Sirius radio, CD player, TV/DVD player and satellite. A sofa and dinette make down to a bed. The galley offers storage, dishwasher, range, refrigerator, microwave, wet bar, wine rack and front deck BBQs. There are six staterooms; four with queen beds, two with bunks and two cuddy rooms with double size beds. Four 3-piece bathrooms, a spiral staircase to the upper deck staterooms each with full bathrooms and a TV above the queen size beds. On the upper decks you will find a wet bar, stereo, dryer, waterslide, fly bridge, and hot tub. Sleeps 24.
Genesis 66
The Genesis 66 offers the ultimate in lifestyle enhancement. The Genesis 66 takes the concept of spaciousness to the next level. Genesis 70
The Genesis 70 has been built for pure enjoyment - with more than ample space and amenities for luxurious cruising and entertaining. A large skylight, fully equipped galley with range, refrigerator, dishwasher, substantial storage space, microwave, wine rack and two outdoor propane BBQs. Direct/ Indirect lighting, fireplace, surround sound stereo. CD player, satellite, TV/DVD player. Three of the berths have private three piece bathrooms and the fourth berth has a shared three piece bathroom. Two cuddy berths have double size beds. A comfortable sofa and dinette make down into beds. All staterooms have a TV/VCR. The spacious upper deck has a hot tub, wet bar, stereo, waterslide, fly bridge, bimini top and 3rd level observation deck. Sleeps 16.
Genesis 75
The Genesis 75 features mega-houseboat personality, exquisite comfort, style and safety. Step aboard and enjoy the large skylight over the dinette, Direct/Indirect lighting, entertainment center with fireplace, surround sound stereo, CD player, satellite, and TV /DVD player. A fully equipped galley with refrigerator, dishwasher, range, wine rack and two outdoor propane BBQs on the front deck. Four staterooms on the Genesis 75 come with king size beds, TV/DV, fan, storage, a vanity and en suite bathroom with shower. Four walk down staterooms with double size beds. Perfect for parties is the spacious upper deck with hot tub, wet bar, stereo, waterslide, fly bridge, bimini top and 3rd level observation deck. Sleeps 20.
Parking
- Tiny 30 - Up to 2 vehicles.
- Mirage 40 - Up to 3 vehicles.
- Mirage 54 & CuriseCraft 4 - Up to 4 vehicles.
- All Other Houseboats - Up to 6 vehicles.
- Additional Vehicles - $25.00 per vehicle / per stay for any additional vehicles needing to be parked during your trip.
Booking Online
When booking your houseboat vacation online, you will be required to enter in a valid credit card to complete your booking. You can however choose to pay for your deposit & houseboat vacation via e-transfer. When booking online, ensure that you fill out the "Guest Requests" section of the booking form and leave us a note informing us you wish to pay using an e-transfer instead of using your credit card. Once you have submitted your online booking, one of our friendly agents will contact you to advise you how to complete the e-transfer payment.
Sailing & Return Times
- Boarding - All houseboats will begin boarding between 2 PM and 5 PM the first day of your trip.
- Return - All houseboats will be returned to the Sicamous Houseboats dock between 8 AM and 10 AM on the final day of your trip.
- Please Note - A specific check-in and return time will be assigned to you when we provide you with your houseboating orientation material.
- Sailing Date Restriction - There will be no boat departures on Wednesdays. Departures may occur any day other than Wednesdays.
Sailor & Boat Requirements
- Onboard Orientation & Walkthrough - All captains & co-captains are required to complete the mandatory onboard orientation & walkthrough, and only the captain & co-captain will be allowed on the vessel at this time. Your crew, luggage and other belongings may be loaded once this orientation has been completed. Please allow for up to two hours for the orientation, which will start within 30 minutes of your designated check in time.
- Orientation Video & Quiz - All captains and co-captains are required to complete the mandatory houseboat orientation video and quiz which will be provided to you once full payment for your trip has been received. As stated above, you will also be provided with your check-in and return times at this time.
- Calling All Captains - Each Houseboat requires that there be at least one Captain and one Co-Captain for any Houseboating adventure. Captains and Co-Captains must be 25 years of age or older, have a valid driver’s license and has completed our training and orientation material which will be provided to you upon booking.
- Beaching Your Houseboat - Your houseboat must be beached every night no later than sunset. There is map located in your houseboats manual indicating all the beaches around the Shuswap for you to beach at. A map can also be provided to you upon request.
Policies & Cancellations
- Security Deposit - At time of booking we require a security deposit to hold your reservation. Your security deposit amount will be equal to the first nights sailing cost plus taxes. At 30 days before your trip date, we will require full payment for your reservation. If you book within 30 days from your trip start date, full payment will be required at the time of booking. If you cancel prior to 30 days before your trip date your security deposit will be fully refundable. If you cancel within a 30 day window from your trip, your full payment will be forfeit. The security deposit will be applied to your trip total.
- Damage Deposit - Upon arrival at our Marina we do require a fully refundable damage deposit before your trip departure. This damage deposit would be applied to any outstanding charges for lost or damaged item inventory, late returns, excessively unclean houseboats, damage results from the negligent operation or activities on the houseboat. This damage deposit can be placed on up to three sailing guests (in person) credit cards at the time of arrival at Sicamous Houseboats, and is fully refundable to the credit cards it was originally applied to upon successful inspection of the boat at the end of your trip. The amount of the damage deposit is $5,000 on boats 65 feet and smaller, and $7,500 on boats 66 feet and longer.
- Cancellations - Security deposits are fully refundable up to thirty days before your trip start date. If a cancellation is made within less than thirty days from your trip start date, the deposit and full trip amount are forfeit.
- Trip Payment - Full payment for your vacation is required at least thirty days before your trip start date.
- Trip Duration - A minimum trip duration of three nights is required.
- Pet Friendly - All pets are welcome aboard our vessels but please keep in mind that the ramp leading from the boat to shore and the stairs and ladders used to reach the upper decks can be very steep and may not be accessible to your furry friends. A onetime $50.00 fee is required per pet, this fee is non-refundable and covers your pet(s) for your entire trip duration.
